We invest across a range of rapidly growing technology sectors including mobile technologies, digital media, green technology, software & services, and financial technology.

• Investment Stage
  We are stage agnostic however we prefer to invest in early stage businesses with a demonstrable product and referenceable customers.

• Investment Range
  We typically invest $2 million in a first tranche and are capable of investing up to $15 million over the life of a company.

• Industry / Geography
  We like to invest in technology companies but have no restrictions on geography or industry.

• Intellectual Property
  We believe in comprehensive and defensible intellectual property that is difficult to replicate.

In general, we look for high gross-margin businesses in large markets with experienced management teams.
